I'm so grateful that I married a manly, man!

In the past 2 weeks he fixed the sink, installed a new garbage disposal and repaired the washing machine.  It warms my heart that he handles these needful things.

I do understand that not all men are wired the same.  There have been women that have confessed their frustration with the personality of their husband which has created a heart of bitterness and sometimes envy. Rather than criticize and be discontent, consider showing your gratitude for the many gifts your husband does possess?   (Just a thought to consider)

I love when my eesh is home and starts fixing things. I love a man who works with his hands. Works hard and sweats. I love my manly man!Yes with children for us, date nights are simple not as pretencious as going out to dinner but cooking in, a movie in, or talking connecting. But this is after 14 years of marriage. It doesnt look like the perception of what the movies imply. It's better.

I think that is terrific although not sure that makes someone a "manly man".

From a bibles perspective what made a man a man was his character above all else. In fact Issac's mistake regarding Esau was that he was a hunter and he deserved a physical blessing which was given to Jacob instead as Rachel understood that his character was not good and was not fit for the blessing despite being I would think according to some "a manly man".
